What is Nag’s Temperos?
Nag’s Temperos is a Belgian brand specializing in the artisanal creation of spices, creamy seasonings, and gourmet marinades. All our products are carefully crafted from high-quality ingredients, with no artificial preservatives, to enhance both your everyday meals and your special occasion dishes.
Do your products contain preservatives or artificial additives?
No. We are committed to artisanal and natural production. Our spice blends and marinades contain no artificial preservatives or chemical additives. We prioritize natural ingredients, carefully selected for their quality and flavor.
Are your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Most of our dried spices and seasonings are vegetarian and vegan. Some creamy marinades may contain dairy products. We encourage you to check the ingredient list on each product page to ensure they are compatible with your diet.
Do your products contain allergens?
Some of our products may contain or have come into contact with common allergens (gluten, celery, mustard, etc.). The complete list of allergens is provided on each product page and on the packaging. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us before placing your order.
How to use your spices and marinades?
Each product comes with usage suggestions on its packaging and in its online product description. As a general rule:
- Spices and seasonings: Sprinkle directly on meat, fish, or vegetables, or mix into sauces and salad dressings.
- Creamy marinades: Generously coat your meat or fish and let it marinate for at least 2 hours (ideally overnight) in the refrigerator before cooking.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our dried spices generally have a shelf life of 12 to 24 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from light. Our creamy marinades have a shelf life indicated on the packaging and must be refrigerated after opening. Always check the expiration date printed on the product.

How do I place an order?
Placing an order is easy! Browse our online store, add your items to the cart, and then follow the steps to complete your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by email or through our contact form, including your order number.

Absolutely. We do not store any banking information on our website. All transactions are processed securely by our certified payment provider. Your security is our top priority.

Do you deliver to Belgium and other countries?
Yes! We mainly deliver within Belgium, but we also ship to other European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.
What are the delivery times?
In Belgium, orders are typically delivered within 2 to 4 business days after shipment. For international deliveries, please allow 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can then track your package in real time on the carrier’s website.
What should I do if my package is damaged or lost?
If your package arrives damaged or does not reach you within the expected delivery time, please contact us immediately at the email address listed on our Contact page. We will take the necessary steps to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Can I return a product?
For health and food safety reasons, opened food products cannot be returned. However, if you have received a defective or damaged product, or one that does not match your order, please contact us within 14 days of receipt so we can find a suitable solution.
How do I get a refund?
If your return request is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and verify the return.
