Shipping & Returns


Shipping · Belgium

Delivery in Belgium

We deliver throughout Belgium via our shipping partners. Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is confirmed.

— Delivery time: 2 to 4 business days after shipment

— Standard shipping: The shipping cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the order's weight

— Free shipping on orders of €60 or more in Belgium

— Package tracking: A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped

Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. No deliveries are made on Belgian holidays.

Shipping within Europe

Nag’s Temperos also ships to major European countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated automatically at checkout.

— France, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 3 to 5 business days

— Other European countries: 5 to 7 business days

— Shipping costs: calculated in the shopping cart based on the country and weight

For any destination not listed or for large orders, please contact us directly before placing your order.


Your Order · Tracking

Track my order

As soon as your package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an automatic email containing your tracking number. You can track your order in real time directly on the carrier’s website.

If you haven't received this email within 48 hours of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us using our contact form.

You can also view your order history in your customer account on our online store.


Policy · Returns

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are accepted only in the following cases:

— Defective product or damage upon receipt

— Order error on our part (wrong product shipped)

— Product does not match the description listed in our store

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and a description of the issue. We may ask you to send a photo of the product in question.

Food items that have been opened, partially consumed, or whose packaging has been broken cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene and food safety.

Refund

If your request is approved, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and verify the return.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part or the product is defective.


Problem · Package

Damaged or lost package

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend that you:

— Refuse the package from the delivery person if it is clearly damaged

— Take a photo of the packaging and products before opening them

— Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your photos and order number

If your package is lost or not delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us. We will file a claim with the carrier and keep you updated on the progress.

Our top priority is to ensure that you receive your Nag’s Temperos products in perfect condition. We do everything we can to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
